? 功能；采用PLC中央控制系统操控，将生产所需异氰酸酯（ISO）/聚醚多元醇（POLYL）两种调配后的混合材料，按设定好的时间、温度、压力、流量及混合比例等通过高压混合后均匀浇注在水泥卷材上面，进入层压设备发泡成型。
? Function:
Adopts PLC central control system, mix the raw material POLY & ISO and
spray on to the cement panel, and then material foaming in the form press
machine. All the process are finished under the setting time, temperature,
pressure, flow and mixing ratio.
? 主要结构：高压混合头，A、B料高压变量柱塞泵、A/B料容积式流量计、A/B料变频马达及磁性连轴器、A/B料生产储料罐，液压系统，冷热温控系统，PLC中央控制系统、自动补料输料系统

14，双履带层压成型设备
Double
caterpillar continuous Forming Machine:
●双履带成型设备长18m，上下由独立式的双层铝板，链轮及机架组成，机架高度1.6m，下机架链板面高度1.2m。

up and bottom frames. It has three parts. The height of the frame is 1.6m. The height of link plate of bottom
frame is 1.2m.
●自动循环侧挡系统2套，分别安置在生产线铝板两边，生产不同厚度夹芯板时可通过更换侧挡块使用。
There
are 2 sets of nylon battle plates, which are placed on the two sides of
aluminum panel. The nylon battle plates can be changed according to the
thickness of the producing PU panel.
●链板均匀安装在链轮上，链板驱动采用上下2台齿轮减速马达驱动，速度由变频器调控。
The link plates are installed on the chain
wheel, and driven by up and bottom gear motor. The speed can be changed by
frequency converter.
15，液压提升装置
Hydraulic lift system:
●双铝带上层成型机提升由液压总成及整套套液压油缸执行，有限使用提升高度为20-200mm
The up forming machine is lifted by
hydraulic cylinders. The lift height is20-200mm.
16、侧挡系统
? 功能:将标准厚度尼龙挡块固定在双履带铝板两边,生产不同厚度产品时只需在原尼龙侧挡件上叠加即可,生产线由蜗轮减速变频传动装置带动、双履带层压机将配合整套设备动作保持连续生产。
17，双履带生产线自动电加温热循环系统
Heating cycle
system:
●采用导热管电热循环加温系统，导温快、安全性高。
Heated by bold heating tube. Each oven has
separate temperature control and heat dissipation equipment.
●系统配有上下通风管道及恒温装置，可自动调节设定生产温度。
This
system equipped with ventilating duct, and can set the temperature automatically.

●电烘箱上下个5节，双层钢板制造中间用石棉填充保温，每段可独立控温，
18，产品自动切割设备
Finished products cutting equipment:
?	切割设备由PLC*系统控制
?	功能：自动跟踪裁切设备采用自动编码测量器及**裁切装置两种方式，在生产线连续不停条件下由PLC电脑控制对产品进行自动计量自动定位切割 。
?	主要结构：双刃面台锯系统、长度计量编码器、活动式定位裁切装置、裁切工作台、步进电机驱动导轨

ISO、POLYL两组份预混、储料系统：
Material refill system for pre-mix system
●A,B料预混反应斧容积各1000升，夹层式自动恒温。系统配有冷热两用型冷冻设备，搅拌器，安全阀磁力液位计，自动感应补料系统等。
The capacity of material A & B are 1000L, the inside material is SUS304,
jacket-type. This system equipped with chiller, stirrer, level gauge and
automatic refill system.
功能：此系统由A、B料罐，搅拌器，冷热两用型恒温设备及自动上料、补料装置组成，生产时将原材料分别加入ISO、POLYL储料罐，用以均匀搅拌、恒温、能及时对发泡机生产料罐补充材料，满足其连续生产需求。
? 设备组成：A/B料预混储料罐、A/B料循环补料泵浦、马达系统、A/B料冷冻、加温系统、A/B料抽料搅拌系统、A/B料冷凝器**加热或制冷循环系统、A/B料液位显示及感应系统。
? 特点：通过增加冷凝器循环的方式，能**均匀对A/B料加温或制冷后自动补充到发泡机生产料罐满足连续生产需要。
20，侧挡成型模块
Moulding block
●根据产品不同厚度及形状组成，生产时按产品厚度安装对应的尼龙件挡块。

21，成品输送线
Finished products conveyor system:
●由钢架焊接而成，采用滚轴式链接输送。
